A moderate upgrade for the Plasma Launcher. Use FE_ALT1 to begin upgrade installation process. The module is flexible, and exact upgrade statistics are unknown until installation is complete. Offers improvements to explosion damage and radius, as well as increasing the maximum number of pre-explosion bounces.
