Planetary Chart is a item in No Man's Sky. A map of a nearby planet. The coordinates of a distress signal have been marked. Select the map and use Plot Route ([E]) to pin the location in your Exosuit display. New maps can be gained by exchanging Navigation Data with a Space Station Cartographer.
