Medium Refiner is a technology item in No Man's Sky. A vital piece of planetary equipment. The Refiner allows gathered substances to be processed into more powerful and more advanced materials. The Medium Refiner allows two different substances to be combined into one new material, or materials to be processed at better ratios. The Medium Refiner must be installed in a Habitable Base, but does not require additional power sources. To craft it, combine Magnetised Ferrite x100, Di-hydrogen Jelly x5 in a Crafting Menu.
